🎙 Use “Hey Siri” with AirPods (iPhone)
- Open the Shortcuts app → tap + → name it Promus.
- Add Dictate Text.

📅 Orders ahead · reserved only when paid
Confirm the total and send the payment link. Unpaid orders cancel themselves before the cut-off, and Promus reminds you and the customer the day before, then puts paid orders on the kitchen board at prep time.
Invite a patient · before the visit
They get a text with a link: confirm or reschedule, reminders the day before and 2 hours before, and “I'm here” check-in from their own phone. Front desk only: no medical records are kept.

Put HA_URL and HA_TOKEN on your home Promus (the token stays in your house), then paste the entity IDs below.

🔧 Connect your cameras
Your shop or home Promus grabs pictures from your cameras on the local Wi-Fi. Ring, Nest, Arlo, Reolink, Eufy, UniFi, Wyze and most others: add them to Home Assistant and paste the camera ID here. Hikvision, Dahua, Lorex recorders (NVR/DVR): put their RTSP links on the Promus device itself (CAMERAS_RTSP), so camera passwords never leave your building.
🔒 Promus never recognizes faces or identifies people. Only motion snapshots are kept, for 7 days. For a business: post a "camera in use" sign, never put cameras in restrooms or changing areas, and in California recording audio needs everyone's consent, so keep camera audio off.

How to scan with an iPhone / iPad Pro
Use a LiDAR scanner app that exports Apple RoomPlan (for example 3D Scanner App or Polycam): walk the room slowly, then Export → RoomPlan JSON and pick the file above. Multi-room scans become one space per room. The Promus iPhone app will scan directly when it launches.

How to open them
AutoCAD / AutoCAD LT: Open → the .dxf (units are inches in the US, millimeters elsewhere; layers A-WALL, A-DOOR, A-GLAZ, I-FURN, A-ANNO).
Chief Architect: File → Import → Import DWG/DXF, then trace walls on the A-WALL layer.
SketchUp Pro: File → Import → the .dxf for 2D, or room.obj for 3D (choose meters).
Archicad / Revit: import the .dxf as a reference drawing and trace walls. D5 / Twinmotion / Enscape / Blender: import room.obj (keep room.mtl next to it).

In Samsara: Settings → API tokens → Add (read-only). Paste it here and your trucks appear with live locations every 2 minutes. Trucks without a tracker: add the driver and send them the link (they can also tap ✅ Delivered and 🚗 I'm outside).
🔒 Only people who tap the link and choose to share appear here, and they can stop anytime. Life360 has no official connection for other apps, so Promus doesn't use it. Location history is deleted after 7 days.
