Good to know
Do I need to buy any hardware?
No. Print your Promus QR code and stick it on your door or window: visitors scan it and talk to Promus on their own phone. Want a screen too? A spare iPad, an old phone or a laptop with a camera, microphone and speaker works. Keep it plugged in by the door.
Is it private?
Promus tells visitors the chat may be saved, turns voices into text and deletes the recordings, and never uses face recognition. Customers are only remembered if they say yes, and can ask Promus to forget them anytime. Clinic mode never talks about health details.
How do customers pay?
You confirm the total and Promus sends a payment link to the customer's phone: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (through Square). GCash, Maya and QR Ph are ready for the Philippines later.
What happens after the free trial?
Pick Pro or Business to keep everything, or stay on Free forever, no card: 15 smart SI chats a month with Promus's natural voice, then the door buttons, delivery photos, messages and all your app tools keep working until the smart chats come back on the 1st.
